Acceptable use

You agree to use WhoEndorsed for legitimate competitive research and market mapping. You will not use it to harass individuals, violate laws in your jurisdiction, or redistribute the research data we provide as your own product.

Billing

Payments will be processed by a merchant-of-record partner who handles VAT, sales tax, and refunds. The partner will be named here once integration is live. Credit packs do not expire (we reserve the right to define a dormancy policy in the future, with notice).

No warranty

Data is sourced from public web pages and third-party APIs. Accuracy is best-effort. The minimum-guarantee refund applies to MEGA Scans that return fewer than 2× the corresponding Quick Scan results.
